How is my nail care routine?
Some months ago, I used to wear long nails, but now I think that having short nails is more comfortable and their maintenance is even better. Yes, I call them short nails whether you believe it or not, they are my short nails; I know, "shorts" are like nubs, but I have never had nubs.
So, what do I do to take care of my nails? What products do I use to keep them strong, white and long? You ask, I answer, but first let me tell you that I am not a manicurist/nail technician or something similar, all products I use and all my routine is the result of my experience, day after day, testing differents products and brands, I am a life-learner. So, this is my routine and before test these products be sure they are healthy for your nails. I hope this be helpful for you.
My experience says that the #1 products to nail care are from Masglo. This is my personal opinion.

To file my nails I use a regular washable file by Masglo, it works perfect to me and this is the file that I have always used before know the glass files. I have heard that regular files leaves the edge thinner and more prone to peeling and chipping, but it never has happened to me. Actually this is my first time using glass file and I must confess that the experience was weird, you know, you have to get used to new stuff like these, but overall, I must to say that it leaves my nails with a perfect finish, without scales which is amazing since it prevents peeling and chipping.

To remove the cuticle I use this Cuticle remover by Masglo. Please, be careful because the cuticle is different to the proximal nail fold, I mean, the cuticle is not actual part of your skin, that why many people cut this part what is terrible, NEVER in your life cut it, because it could cause infections. Use products like this, since it weakens the cuticle and it lets remove them easily with a two ways tool: cuticle pusher and trimmer.

1 time per month I use a Buffing block from Masglo, This is an easy-to-use block with three different colors; 1 (Blue), 2 (Gray) and 3 (White), each one of them with different sizes of files to polish your nails (the bed of your nail) and at finish, you get a shinny and perfect nails.
After it, I use a Nail Strengthener base coat from Masglo. Many people do not like to use nail strengtheners because they say that it makes the nails so strong they can break, What? this is ridiculous. In fact, it makes you nails strong and flexible at the same time

To moisturize my cuticles and the eponychium area, —I mean, the skin around the nail— I use a perfect butter cream is Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream by Burt's Bees. It is soft and keep your nails moisturized after each nail care and after you use acetone of even after each new design.
